Deneuve has recently started filming her latest role with Gérard Depardieu, set to be released late next year. Asterix and Obelix: On Her Majesties Service is the fourth instalment in the successful French franchise based on the classis comic The Adventures of Asterix. Production has commenced in Dublin with Deneuve playing the role of the Queen of England.
